Display fonts

Display fonts are drawn to be seen large and briefly: on a poster, a cover, a logo or a headline. Their character comes from shape, weight or ornament, which makes them a poor choice for long paragraphs.

Because they are made for effect, many display fonts have only capitals or a limited set of letters. Look at the languages a font supports, and test your exact words before you commit to it.
